Shawn Morris

Shawn Morris has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board of directors since May 2018. Prior to his role at Privia Health, Mr. Morris was the President of Cigna-HealthSpring, a Cigna company, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to 2016 and beginning in 2010, Mr. Morris held various leadership roles at Cigna-HealthSpring, including the positions of Chief Operating Officer, President of Development & Innovation, and Executive Vice President. Mr. Morris received a B.S. in Accounting from the Western Kentucky University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Morris is also a graduate of Dartmouth College’s Tuck Business School 2030 Global Executive program, an inaugural Fellow of the Nashville Healthcare Council and a member of the American Society of CPAs, National Association of Corporate Directors and the American Medical Association CEO Advisory Committee.
